Biking in the Krkonose Mountains

Mountain biking is really big in the Krkonose Mountains. Discover one of Central Europe's most beautiful landscapes on countless paths and trails through mountains and foothills.
You'll find something for every taste and any fitness level, from easy routes in the foothills to technically very demanding tours up in the mountains. Most tours range between 400 and 1200 m above sea level. The highest points accessible by bike are the Vrbatova Bouda and Vyrovka at ca. 1400m. You may either cycle up here or simply take the lift or the shuttle bus and enjoy the long downhill rides.
Although the whole area is extensively signposted, taking a map with you is recommended. Within the national park you are obliged to stay on on the marked tracks.
