The family bed & breakfast Pension NIKA is located near the city centre of Vrchlaby - the gateway to the Krkonose Mountains (450m a.s.l.).
Vrchlabi offers numerous Restaurants, Cafés, shops and places of interest. You can reach Vrchlabi by car, bus or railway (during the season may use ski- and bicycle-buses)

Winter season
Within a range of 15 km you can reach several ski-areas, suitable for children, beginners but also for the advanced skier. Toboggan and bobsleigh rides are also great fun and cross country skiers will enjoy hundreds of kilometers of groomed cross country ski tracks.

Summer season
Due to its locality, Pension NIKA make a good starting point for hiking and biking tours. The Vejsplachy area invites your for a swin in its natural swimming bath. Špindlerův Mlýn (12 km away) offers a bobsleigh run and its Aquapark (also open during winter).
