The lookout tower of Černá hora (Black Mt.)

Černá hora (the black mountain) is the dominant landmark of the town Janské Lázně. The original cableway connecting the town with the top of the mountain was built in 1928 and eventually replaced in 1981. The old cableway's penultimate supporting pillar was kept and remade into a look-out tower. It has been open to public since 1998 and offers one of the most stunning views of Krkonose Mountains.
