Bílé Labe (The White Elbe River)

The White Elbe River is an 8 km long creek, that rises in the Úpské rašeliniště (the Úpa peat-bog) 1432 m above sea level and joins the Elbe River at Dívčí lávky. It passes the Důl Bílého Labe (The White Elbe Valley) which is among the most beautiful valleys in the Krkonoše Mountain forming cascades and little waterfalls. The so called Weber’s path, a very old footpath, run right through this valley.
