Church of St. Wenceslaus

The church was built in 1787-1789 close to high trees and bedrocks. The single-aisle baroque buildig with a later finished presbytery at the north side, features a typical shingle-covered hexagonal tower and a dome over the west portal. The church has not been changed since it was built. The rococo interior dates back to the second half of 18. century. The main altar with two side altars and the pulpit were kept from a closed church in Stara Boleslav. The painting of St.Wenceslav on the main alter comes was created by Vojtech Bartunek in 1886.

In front of the church stands a cross from the year of 1811 and two monumental linden trees from 1881. Behind the presbytery is the grave of the first Paseka's vicar Raimund Kaspar. Attached to the south side is a graveyard with a unique stone wall, a precious central baroque cross.It also offers a beautiful view towards the western crest of the Krkonose Mountains.
