Mountaineering victims memorial

The memorial site was built in 1957 replacing a former chapel in Luční sedlo (Meadow Saddle) between Luční Mt (Meadow Mt.) and Studniční Mt. (Well Mt.). Inside there are boards with information about tragic events and disasters together with the names of victims. The original chapel had been built in commemoration of Václav Renner’s tragic death in 1798.
